Sanahunt Part II

I've been quite under the weather, and it seems like my cough has not gotten any better.
Here is the post that was meant for earlier today:

The creative folks at Non-Format designed a second issue of the fashion newspaper, The Sanahunt Times. As opposed to the first issue, that I mentioned here; there are three sections that include fashion, news, and art. Crisp custom typography, a grid system, and the excellent use of whitespace exude such elegance and sophistication.

GQ

I am always looking for inspiration when it comes to magazine layout, and GQ has to be one of my top favorites in terms of layout design. Yes, I do read the magazine from time to time, and not only for the handsome guys on the cover, but the great fashion, superb design, and art direction! GQ has an editorial style that is so simplistic yet intriguing. The GQ Style Manual, an all-in-one reference for the stylish man, is laid out in such a tasteful and organized manner. Triboro design, developed a grid which organizes the visual elements, as well as varied the scale of them to create a flow, guiding the reader's eye. The type selection and vibrant red color is absolutely stunning.
